About this service
Bitronite is a tool for creating invoices with Lightning and Bitcoin payment options and for preparing K4 capital-gains exports from your crypto transactions. Operated by an independent developer in Sweden. Contact: [email protected]. By using Bitronite you agree to these terms.
Account
You can use most of Bitronite anonymously. Creating an account requires a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Tax and financial disclaimer
Bitronite is a tool, not a tax or financial advisor. The K4 export, cost-basis calculations, SEK valuations, income classification and any other tax output are best-effort assistance — you remain responsible for the accuracy of what you submit to Skatteverket. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified tax advisor.
Non-custodial
Bitronite never holds, custodies, or transmits your funds. Lightning Address and Bitcoin payments go directly from your customer to a wallet you control; Bitronite only generates the invoice and the QR codes that point at it. We do not see, control, or custody any cryptocurrency.
Acceptable use
Do not use Bitronite to issue fraudulent invoices, evade tax obligations, launder funds, or violate Swedish or applicable law. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, abuse the rate limits, or extract data you are not entitled to.
Limitation of liability
Bitronite is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by Swedish law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (zero, during free beta).
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be resolved by Swedish courts, with Stockholm tingsrätt as the court of first instance.
